According to the survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute among nearly 40 companies in the State of Bahia in Brazil, Kordsa outdistanced many companies and ranked 7th in the list of best companies to work for.
In his statement made in relation to the success achieved, Cenk Alper, CEO of Kordsa stated, “This is the result of our high-standard human resources practices that we implement as an employee brand in our business enterprises on 4 continents. This award that we have received strengthened our No. 1 position as we were selected as the winner in “Investment in People” category in the Golden Collar Awards organized by Sabancı Holding last month.”
Underlining that there were numerous Brazilian and international important brands operating in the state of Bahia where Kordsa operates in, Alper added the following: “We have been operating in Brazil for long years.
